I had the pleasure of trying the Mac & Cheese and Brisket Burrito; a behemoth that screams soul comfort food. Besides giving the customer a bang for their bucks with the proportion of the food that they're getting, Ray's BBQ offers authentic Texan BBQ flavors with their BBQ sauces (sweet and tangy to go with the smokey flavors). For hot sauce lovers, there's also a special spicy BBQ sauce available.

I would recommend trying out at least few menu items from Ray's BBQ.
