Uncle Paulie's Italian

I had the pleasure of dining at Uncle Paulie's and meeting with Paulie, himself. When I stepped into the shop, I could smell the subtle aroma of deli and felt welcomed by the staff there. Paulie came up to me, introduced himself, and introduced me to his curated deli delights including, but not limited to: prosciutto, Italian cold cuts, and house made, fresh mozzarella. I was really impressed by the variety as well as the authenticity of this place. I got seated outside in the beautiful sunny, Southern California weather and drinking a Manhattan Special soda. I waited shortly before my food was delivered and I was impressed with both the portion and presentation of the sandwiches. Needless to say, I'm coming back soon. Personally, I recommend getting the Paulie's Sandwich paired with any of their Manhattan Special sodas. Also, try their famous Italian Combo Cut Sandwich, Prosciutto Di Parma Sandwich, and the Austin Sandwich. You'd walk away very satisfied.
